What is the Loyal Contributor Program?

• Loyal Contributors have been giving to United Way for at least 10 years.
• If you’re not sure how long you’ve been donating to United Way, your best guess will do! You do not need to contact the office. If you moved to this area, please include any PRIOR support you’ve given to other United Ways.
• It doesn’t matter how much you’ve given - we are looking for long-time supporters!

 

What are the benefits?

• We will be giving special recognition to this special group of people - HERE on our website (see below), in our Annual Report, and during our Thank You Celebration.
• But more importantly, your name will appear with hundreds of others, which sends a powerful message about how we care about our community!

 

How can you become a Loyal Contributor?

• To be recognized as a Loyal Contributor, simply check the box on your pledge card and enter how many years you’ve donated to United Way.
• Call the United Way office for more information: 715-421-0390.

“We have been giving to United Way for 57 years! We’ve always liked the idea of giving to one source and having funds distributed to where the money is needed most. We still believe strongly in that. We like how funds are distributed by a knowledgeable grants committee to the most deserving and needy charitable organizations. Also, the volunteers who make funding decisions continue to impress us. Meet Bill Quinn:

“My name is Bill Quinn. I’ve volunteered for United Way starting in 1948; I have been a board member, solicitor and a speaker. Today, I continue to support United Way of Inner Wisconsin by contributing to the annual campaign; I’ve been donating for over 60 years. I support the United Way because I feel a strong sense of community responsibility, which I try to pass down to my children and grandchildren. This is a great way to set a good example and I enjoy seeing the results. This is how I LIVE UNITED!”
