United Way Announces the 2012 Sweepstakes Winners

  • This year United Way of Inner Wisconsin had its first New Dollar Grand Sweepstakes. To qualify for the sweepstakes, donors needed to make a new gift of $26.00 or more to United Way of Inner Wisconsin or increase their gift over last year’s by $26.00 or more by November 16, 2012. On December 10-12, 2012 United Way representatives awarded the cash prizes to five unsuspecting winners!
    1 Danna Peterson (right) of Adams-Friendship Elementary School, was presented a $1,000 cash prize from United Way of Inner Wisconsin, sponsored by Timber Shores LLC, on December 10, 2012. Also present were (from left) Tari Jahns (United Way of Inner Wisconsin’s CEO), Dr. Steve LaValle (of Adams-Friendship Area School District and United Way of Inner Wisconsin’s Board of Directors) and Randy Dhein (United Way of Inner Wisconsin’s Board of Directors).
    Curt Ruesch (right) of NewPage Corporation, was presented a $1,000 cash prize from United Way of Inner Wisconsin, sponsored by Riverview Family Clinic, on December 10, 2012. Also present were (from left) Tari Jahns (United Way of Inner Wisconsin’s CEO) and Randy Dhein (United Way of Inner Wisconsin’s Board of Directors). 1
    1 Dan Cummins (center) of ERCO Worldwide, was presented a $1,000 cash prize from United Way of Inner Wisconsin, sponsored by Rapids Ford-Lincoln, on December 11, 2012. Also present were (from left) Allen and Michele Taylor (of Rapids Ford-Lincoln), Tari Jahns (United Way of Inner Wisconsin’s CEO) and Randy Dhein (United Way of Inner Wisconsin’s Board of Directors).
    Jacqueline Jones (center) of RockTenn, was presented a $1,000 cash prize from United Way of Inner Wisconsin, sponsored by Heartland Farms, on December 11, 2012. Also present were (from left) Tari Jahns (United Way of Inner Wisconsin’s CEO) and Peter Murphy (of RockTenn). 1
