Eviction Prevention Program provides one-time crisis rent assistance to homeless families or individuals or those at-risk of homelessness. Client applications are reviewed and approved based on a number of criteria, including funding availability, the ability to positively resolve the crisis and other factors.

Faith in Action of Adams County

Faith in Action of Adams County is a faith based non-profit organization that provides in-home services to the elderly and physically or mentally impaired of Adams County, through a network of trained volunteers. Through these services the recipients are able to remain in their homes, retain their independence and experience a more secure quality of life, knowing that they have a caring support system.

The FAAC Transportation Today program is to provide transportation to care receivers who might not otherwise have transportation because they do not fall within guidelines the County Government agencies must abide by.  Visit their website.

Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes

Girl Scout Leadership Experience - pairs girls (grades K-12) with positive adult role models who build their courage, confidence and character through educational and recreational activities offered in a safe, all-girl environment. Girls increase their self-esteem, learn practical skills and are able to make positive choices in their lives.

Reaching Out is a program designed to bring Girl Scouting to girls who, due to some type of barrier, are not able to participate. Our goal is to build leadership skills and connect girls to additional Girl Scout opportunities.  Visit their website.
